Camp Jackson, about 20 minutes south of Camp Red Cloud in
Uijongbu. The 30-day Primary Leadership Development Course course
at the Noncommissioned Officer Academy helped soldiers take the first
step up the ladder of NCO professional development. The course was
required for promotion to sergeant for US soldiers.
